Dry Port
Located on the border of Ukraine and EU the Chornotysiv terminal is intended to be a regional hub, providing intermodal logistics and storage for grain, vegetable oil and sea containers.
With transshipment capabilities from the wide gauge (1520) rail line to the narrow gauge (1435), as well as storage facilities, warehouses and container solutions, the project will improve the flow of Ukrainian grain and sunflower oil to the EU and lower the cost of logistics.

Key points
Chornotysiv Dry Port Project can become a gateway for direct import and export between Italy and Ukraine with a focus on exports of agricultural products by rail/auto to Italian ports and final consumers, as well as potential import of products from Italy for Ukraine’s economic recovery after the war.
The terminal has access to three narrow gauge railroads – Slovakia/ Hungary/ Romania – which enables it to diversify its logistic routes with access to Italy (930 km to Trieste).
Our goal is to create a more efficient and faster way to deliver products compared to the sea from Odessa.
The terminal will focus on container logistics, for maximum integration into the logistics culture of Europe. The target is to reach 60% of cargo in containers.
